About
I am a bioinformatician, researcher, and educator with over 5 years of experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis, computational biology, and AI applications in biosciences. I have worked extensively with bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics, and multi-omics integration across cancer genomics and infectious disease research.
My mission is to make bioinformatics accessible β whether you are a student starting from scratch, a wet-lab researcher wanting to analyse your own data, or a computational scientist looking to deepen your skills in machine learning and multi-omics.
What you can expect:
- Personalised learning roadmap tailored to your background and goals
- Hands-on project work using real biological datasets
- In-depth guidance on NGS pipelines (RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, spatial omics)
- Python & R programming for bioinformatics from the ground up
- Machine learning applications in genomics and computational biology
- Career advice: CV reviews, interview prep, and academic/industry pathways
- Publication-quality figures and reproducible analysis workflows

What Mentees Say
Jubayer is an exceptional mentor. He guided me through my first scRNA-seq analysis step by step β from QC to clustering and differential expression. He doesnβt just give you the code; he makes sure you understand every step. I now feel confident running my own pipelines independently.
As a wet-lab biologist transitioning into computational work, I was completely lost with RNA-seq analysis. Jubayer built a curriculum perfectly matched to my pace β covering Python basics, then bulk RNA-seq with DESeq2, and finally visualisation. His patience and clear explanations are truly remarkable.
I came to Jubayer wanting to learn multi-omics integration for my PhD research. Not only did he teach me the technical skills, but he also helped me frame my research questions and think like a computational biologist. His mentorship significantly shaped my thesis work.
