I am a bioinformatician, researcher, and educator with over 5 years of experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis, computational biology, and AI applications in biosciences. I have worked extensively with bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics, and multi-omics integration across cancer genomics and infectious disease research.
